Years ago, my friend Vlad turned to me suddenly and asked, "What is the most powerful force in the universe?"
I gave it a moment and replied, "The strong nuclear force?"
He admonished me like a parent would a child, "No," he gently touched my arm, "it is love. The most powerful force in the universe is love."
I was witness to Krystal and Jasper's engagement and discovered the trials they endured to be together. And on this day, it has become apparent that no force in the universe can tear them apart. Not electromagnetism nor the weak nuclear force. Not the gravity well of the black hole in the center of our galaxy nor the strong nuclear force that binds the nucleons of all matter together.
